Terms and Conditions

Users of this website are required to be aged over 18 years of age.
This includes to place an order, to register an account or to sign up to our communications.

Orders placed Monday to Friday by 10am will be delivered same day by afternoon to your employer workplace.
Otherwise, we will dispatch and deliver all products next business day to your workplace. 
Any orders placed after 10am Friday will be delivered on Monday. 
No delivery charges will apply to your employer workplace. 

If you prefer a *home delivery, please select address or use comments section at checkout. We will charge a €4.95 flat fee for this delivery. We recommend that you include any specific delivery instructions that will assist a successful personal delivery. 
Orders to *home address will be dispatched using either DPD, An Post and An Post Parcel Express. *Republic of Ireland ONLY.  
Where we are instructed to deliver to a home address, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery information is provided and that your package can be received successfully at your home address.

OurPharmacy will accept unwanted goods (excluding all medicines) that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery. All unwanted returns must be returned in an unused, as new condition with receipt. Once OurPharmacy receives the return goods, you will then be automatically refunded if your goods pass inspection.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, OurPharmacy will replace your items. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report any issues.
Items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.

Product Pricing
We reserve the right to amend pricing on the website without prior notice. Products may also be withdrawn at any stage. Confirmed orders will be dispatched once confirmed unless we contact you otherwise.

Registering on 'My Dashboard'
The 'My Dashboard' feature allows you to store your workplace address, previous purchase information and all personal information.
Your billing / home address will also be stored however credit / debit card information is NOT stored. OurPharmacy may use your purchase information for future offers or promotions tailored for your benefit.

Methods of Payment

Prescription Only - SEPA Direct Debit
Bank details are securely stored to facilitate a prescription specific payment.

The SEPA direct debit is a simple and secure one-step payment process suited to the unique nature of prescription transactions. As in all pharmacies nationwide, these transactions are only priced at the time of dispensing.
You will always receive a detailed price breakdown on your copy of the drugs payment receipt with your delivery. You will only be debited after you have received delivery.
For your extra protection, the security element of SEPA debit dictates that you will receive an email notifying the debit amount due to be actioned, at least 3 working days in advance of debit date.

You can also request a price quote for a prescription before proceeding with an order. This can be added easily by using our comments section at checkout.  All other everyday healthcare items are purchased by normal online debit / credit card methods (no records stored by us).

If any of your direct debit payments are returned by your bank as being unpaid, you agree and acknowledge that we will be permitted to make representation to your bank for the amount of the unpaid direct debit(s) within 7 days of the notification of return by Your bank.

By accepting our terms & conditions at registration you thereby authorise OurPharmacy debits to your account in line with the above conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, title to the Product shall remain with OurPharmacy until the price is paid in full.

Our website accepts payment via PayPal for all other everyday healthcare product.  This includes all Visa & Mastercard credit and debit cards.  We never record your credit or debit card details in our database.  We pass your input details on to PayPal. More information can be found here:

Buying Medicines Online
All medicines that we supply are sourced from an authorised manufacturer or an authorised wholesaler. We ensure the quality and safety of the medicines, the security and integrity of the supply to eliminate the risk of counterfeit medicines entering the supply chain.

By purchasing any medicines and agreeing to the terms and conditions at checkout you are confirming that you are over the age of 18 years.

Record Keeping
In accordance with legislation the records listed below will be retained securely for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

Every invoice for medicines we obtain, which include:

  1. The date of the transaction,
  2. The name and quantity of the product obtained, and
  3. The name and address of the supplier.

A record of each transaction involving the supply of a medicine to our customers, including: 

  1. The order number,
  2. The date of the transaction,
  3. The name and quantity of the product supplied,
  4. The name and address of the person to whom the product was supplied.
  5. A record to show that prior to supplying / dispatching of the product, the customer has confirmed that they agree with and understand the terms and conditions which include:
  6. They are over 18 years old,
  7. They are aware that the medicine should be used in accordance with the recommendations for use contained in the product packaging,
  8. The total quantity of the product to be supplied in the transaction is a quantity that is reasonably required for the purchasers own treatment, having regard to any previous supply to that purchaser.
  9. Where a maximum quantity to purchase is stated on a medicinal product, this is the maximum amount that we will supply in any one transaction. Repeat medicines purchases will be monitored.
  10. Any medicines which are liable to abuse and/or misuse will be identified along with any repeat requests for medicines from the same customer within a short time frame. Where we suspect a medicine may be being abused or misused a supply will not be made and a full refund will be given.

In addition to the listed records to be kept, a pharmacy supplying medicines via the internet record will be kept showing that prior to supply of the product our pharmacist has:

  1. Personally reviewed each order for supply and personally supervised and authorised the supply.
  2. Fulfilled the requirement of Regulation 10 of the Regulation of Retail Pharmacy Businesses Regulations 2008 (S.I. No. 488 of 2008).

Regulation 10 of the Regulation of Retail Pharmacy Businesses Regulations 2008 requires that in the course of the supply, a registered pharmacist is satisfied that the purchaser is aware of what the appropriate use of the medicine is and that it is being sought for that purpose and, in so far as the registered pharmacist is aware, the product is not intended for abuse and/or misuse.
